In 2015, GOAL developed the “SiteOps” department for Lucidity Festival and has managed it ever since. Lucidity is a 4-day transformational immersive camping festival located outside of Santa Barbara, California. The GOAL team manages the participant ingress and egress, all event parking, fencing, tenting, event power, water and sanitation, as well as the medical, security, and emergency response plans.
